Terms of Service

Luna Azul is software you use to run a multi-service Cuban-American agency — Cuba shipping, airline tickets, passport renewals, remesas, recargas, point of sale, customer management, document preparation, and SMS. You license access to the platform; you do not buy the software. We may add, change, or retire features over time.

• Use any module included in your plan, and add staff with role-based access (Owner, Manager, Clerk, Warehouse, Driver).
• Customize branding, rate cards, fee structures, and receipt designs.
• Export your customer and transaction data at any time.

• OFAC compliance. When sending remittances or shipments to Cuba you are responsible for verifying recipients and confirming that every transaction is permitted under U.S. law.
• No illegal use. No fraudulent shipments, no contraband, no money laundering.
• Customer disputes are yours. Resolve them directly with your customer. We do not mediate.
• Keep your subscription current. If it lapses, your account goes read-only until payment is restored — you can always export your data.
• Protect your credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
• Use it as intended. The platform is built for the multi-service agency model — not as a generic CRM or shopping cart.

• We do not hold customer funds. Stripe processes payments directly.
• We are not a money transmitter or money services business. Luna Azul is software you use to run your agency; any MSB registration, licensing, or financial-compliance obligation is yours, not ours.
• We do not offer credit repair, tax prep, or payroll. Those are separate products.
• We do not share your customer data with anyone except your tenant’s own staff and the integrations you authorize.

Luna Azul is independent software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Cuban government or any Cuban state entity.

The Luna Azul platform, software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive property of Para-Cuba Solutions LLC.

Subject to these Terms, customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for their internal business operations.

Customers may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the platform.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the platform to develop a competing product or service.
• Remove proprietary notices or branding.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Non-payment puts your account into a read-only soft-lock until the balance is settled; your data remains exportable throughout. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Data & Cancellation; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after cancellation.

We may set, change, introduce, or discontinue the fees for any plan, and the modules and features included in each plan. Pricing changes always apply going forward only — we will not charge you for a period you already used, and we will never retroactively bill a plan that was free while you used it.

The free plan is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed to remain free indefinitely. We may limit, modify, or convert it to a paid plan.

Before any new or increased charge takes effect — including converting a free plan to a paid plan — we will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice by email and inside the app, showing the new plan, the price, and the date it takes effect. A new or increased charge begins only after you affirmatively accept it and add a valid payment method. If you do not accept, we will not charge you: your account remains on the free features then available, or moves to read-only access from which you can always export your data, and you may cancel at any time.

Existing paid subscriptions continue at their current price through the end of the then-current billing term; any change applies at the next renewal.

Para-Cuba Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform immediately if a customer:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive conduct.
• Violates OFAC regulations or other applicable laws.
• Attempts unauthorized access to the platform or related systems.
• Creates a security risk for Para-Cuba Solutions or other customers.

The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Para-Cuba Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace platform features at any time.

Para-Cuba Solutions shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, telecommunications outages, utility disruptions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we bump the version shown at the top of this page and ask you to re-accept the next time you sign in. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
